agreement is between Pet Superwarehouse as the company (US)
and (YOU) as the drop ship affiliate. By filling out this
Terms Of Use form below, you are telling Pet Superwarehouse.
that You have read this Agreement, understand all terms and
conditions, and agree to be legally bound by them.
OUR
RESPONSIBILITIES
We agrees to supply you with product information to be used
for our drop ship program. We will also provide you with all
images, text or other appropriate information for the sole
purpose of promoting and selling of our products.
PetSuperwarehouse.com
will be updated with new products as they are available and
constantly maintained. PetSuperwarehouse.com retains the right
to make changes to OUR site(s) and product(s) as deemed necessary
by US at OUR sole discretion and without any advance notice.
YOUR
RESPONSIBILITIES
YOU agree that, to the best of YOUR knowledge and control,
all applications and orders submitted will be completed and
submitted by the same person whose name is on the application.
YOU agree that, at OUR sole discretion and without advance
notice, WE may monitor YOUR site at any time as often as WE
wish to determine if YOU are using our product(s) properly
and to determine if YOU are complying with the terms of this
Agreement.
WHICH
PRODUCTS CAN BE SOLD
You may sell any product from any other drop ship company
that you choose, but as for our drop ship products, you are
only allowed to sell or advertise the products that are listed
on our http://www.petsuperwarehouse.com website. We are constantly
adding new products, so if there is a particular product not
found on our site, just send us an email and we will have
it listed as soon as possible.
EBAY
OR AUCTION SITES
You agree that you will not advertise or sell any of our products
on any EBay Auction or any other auction site.
If
you intend to use the Materials on the Internet, you must
provide each website address on which you intend to use the
Materials and your email address in the space below. You may
not use the Materials on any websites other than those listed
below unless and until you provide us with the address for
any new website.
PetSuperwarehouse.com
reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of this
Agreement at any time and for any reason. We may change the
prices on it's products at any time without notice and you
agree that it will be your responsibility to keep up to date
with the current prices found on the http://www.PetSuperwarehouse.com
website.
MOST
PRODUCTS SHIP OUT THE SAME DAY
YOU agree that once an order ships and you decide to cancel
the order, there may be a 10% CANCELLATION FEE from the drop
ship price. It will be your responsibility to contact your
customer to return a cancelled order. The package must be
returned to us unopened to receive a refund.
DROP
SHIP FEES
10% of the wholesale prices. Some products have seperate drop
ship pricing. Contact us for those prices.
FUNDING
YOUR ACCOUNT
We accept Visa and Mastercard to purchase our products.
Placing
An Order
Once you have set up your account,it is very simple to place
you order.Simply email or fax us a copy of your invoice or
paOnce the product ships, you will receive an email with the
tracking info via email.
Shipping
Charges & Info
We ship all items to the US and Canada . Please note that
we have implemented a new shipping charge for most of our
products using standard UPS ground and shipped in the US only.

TERMINATION
WE and/or YOU may terminate this agreement at any time for
